Your satisfaction is very important to us, and this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. All Sales Are Final – With Careful Exceptions
Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or used.
This is for safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons.
However, we will gladly replace or refund any product that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Include your order number, a clear photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund (your choice).
We may ask you to return the defective item before sending a replacement.
3. Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

First, check your tracking number and local postal service updates.

If still unresolved after 10 business days (U.S.) or 21 days (international), please email us.
We’ll investigate and work with our carriers to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or issue is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

6. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, please contact us before opening the package.
If the product is still sealed, we can guide you through an exchange process (shipping costs may apply).
